Shipping & Delivery Policy

At RhynoGrip, we are committed to delivering your gear as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with trusted courier services including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, XpressBees, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, and India Post to ensure reliable delivery across India. All shipments carry transit insurance until delivery and require signature confirmation upon receipt.

Free Shipping on Orders Above ₹999

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India. Orders below ₹999 will be charged a flat shipping fee at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order has been shipped.

Possible Delivery Delays

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on select orders. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. COD orders may be subject to verification via call or SMS before dispatch.

Non-Delivery & Failed Attempts

If delivery fails due to any of the following reasons, the order will be returned to us:

  • Customer unavailability after multiple delivery attempts
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Refusal to accept the package at the time of delivery

In such cases, additional shipping and return charges will apply for re-delivery. Refunds for returned-to-sender orders will be processed as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
